A market study was conducted to validate the business opportunity for renting medical offices, spaces for small clinics, and UCACE. Subsequently, an real estate business model and a financial model were developed to confirm the feasibility of the development in Torreón, Coahuila.
The project consists of a one-hectare plot, with a hospital services unit, 20 clinics, and nearly 100 consulting rooms with waiting rooms, medical areas, an auditorium, a meeting room, terrace, and parking.
