In response to the growing demand for efficient and quality healthcare, the project to create an outpatient and short-stay clinic in Monterrey was established. This clinic aimed to provide specialized medical services with a focus on outpatient care and reducing the need for prolonged hospitalization. Through strategic planning and a commitment to excellence, we successfully led this project to an operational launch.
We began by developing a solid business model focused on providing medical services, specifically outpatient and short-stay services. Subsequently, a thorough analysis of the project's financial viability was conducted, including cost estimation for construction, medical equipment, staffing, and other operational expenses. Realistic financial projections were established to ensure long-term economic sustainability.
Health Consulting also developed a detailed strategic plan outlining the clinic's short and long-term objectives, as well as the strategies to achieve them, to ensure a successful operational launch.
During the process, support was provided in architectural planning to design a functional and welcoming space that met safety and comfort standards for patients. Additionally, compliance with all local, state, and federal health regulations and standards was ensured. Protocols and procedures were established to guarantee the safety and well-being of patients and to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the clinic.
